I have been back in the gym for about a month now. Yay!! Not bad since I was pretty much sidelined all of last year...
This morning, I broke my record on the seated leg press- 185 lbs!! Woot!! On the Seated Calf Press I broke my record with 150 lbs. My "donkey kicks" as DH and I call them, I'm pulling 90 lbs...I'm so thrilled. I'm upping my weights constantly and loving every minute of it since several months ago, I was told I would never pull weights again.
