Just did 5 min on the eliptical to warm up and ~15 minutes of yoga (until the baby work up and started sqeaking). It's a nice day so, I'll probably walk the kids to the park later today (~0.5 miles away) and play there with them. Gotta walk the dog tonight and then maybe get some core work in tonight after the boys go to bed. We'll see.

Yupp I get late starts on my weekend due to hubby being home.i will run on the treadmill for 30mins

then use my excersise ball

I did two Jessica Smith videos. One was a 30-min cardio & sculpting. The other was 15 min of abs butt & thigh toning.

After I get done work I think I'm going to do a blogilates workout when ds is asleep
