I weighed myself last week on sunday night and I was at 197lbs. Yikes, I know. Well today I weighed myself and omg I am ar 192!!!! I am feeling great. This calls for a celebratory snack, papaya and cucumbers. Oh yeah I am so excited I HAD to share lol. I don't expect to lose 5 pounds each week so I am just happy that switching my diet has made a huge dufference. I was so happy when I saw the scale that I almost cried lol. Oh and I was wearing the same clothes I wore on sunday and the same shoes so I know that its accurate.
