Despite the 2+ feet of snow on the ground, I started Couch 2 5K yesterday. I'm so happy I did it. That was seriously the first time in my 26 years that I have willingly run. I'm also glad I started working out at home before beginning this running program, I did not feel out of shape while running yesterday. I'm feeling strong and proud that I'm following through with my goals.

Yay!  Glad you had a great run.  That's great you were motivated to run.

I recently started running again.  I had taken a break after having my miscarriage back in Nov.  My goal is to just get back to running 5-6 days per week.

Great job mama...be careful running outside in the snow especially since you're new to it.  Keep going!
