How close are you to the weight on the 'ideal weight for your height chart?'
I'm about 5'7" and my ideal weight should be around 122-149. I haven't weighed anywhere near 149 since I was in high school. I am 33 and currently weigh 196. I have been on a diet for 5 weeks now and have lost about 22 pounds. I really want to try to weigh about 160. I still have a long way to go!
