It's cold out----but I'm going to try to venture out for my 2 mile walk. I also find a channel on tv that has an interactive workout I'm going to try!
1/2 hr. elliptical, situps, planks, pushups, lunges, squats
Yesterday I started working out regularly. Since I get bored easily and I have a computer, I thought of looking up exercise videos on youtube and do a different one every day. Yesterday it was beginning yoga. I'm thinking of 30 min of Zumba today.
Seriously, this should keep me busy a long time: pilates, zumba, yoga, jazzercise, ballet, tybo, retro eighties,etc...
What do you think?
I work out twice a week but i have been loosing several inches doing body wraps. Has anyone tried the body wraps?
