Jumping Jacks, Squats, and Russian Twists (VIDEO)

50 Jumping Jacks
100 Russian Twists
Here is today's healthy recipe:
- 8 oz chicken
- juice of 1 orange
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- ½ tsp terragon
Marinate chicken in orange juice, vinegar, olive oil and terragon for at least 15 mins and up to 2 hours, covered, in refrigerator. Grill until cooked through. Makes 1 serving.
