I am determined to do 60 minutes on the Wii using the free steps, I do a slow jog and get about 3700 steps in 30 minutes, first 30 minutes done!

Probably a Jillian Michaels workout. Im thinking about doing shred it with weights level 1. Gotta wait for my kids to all go to sleep and for my stomach to stop hurting.
