Love Your Body Challenge Day 22: Kneeling Push Ups, Downward Dog, Jack Knife Sit Ups

Welcome to Day 22 of the Love Your Body Challenge.

Make sure you post everyday after you have completed the daily exercises.

Here are today's exercises:

5 Kneeling Push Ups


1 Minute Downward Dog


15 Jack Knife Sit Ups


Here is today's healthy recipe:

Creamy Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

  • 3 oz chicken, broiled and shredded
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup apple, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp walnuts

Directions:

Combine all ingredients. Enjoy! Serves 1.

 I love chicken salad.

I'll have to do these, snow day, so it's been hard to find time to work out, lol

Did the first two.  Can't do the situps. More yoga poses in this would be awesome!!!


I love Chicken Salad!  It's my favorite.  Add some sprouts and I'm set.  :)

Never used yogurt in chicken salad. I'll have to try that.

I used to love chicken salad, I have really lost my desire to eat chicken though. I love to make a mock tuna salad though!

Yeah ! I like chicken salad ! I use egg,lettuce ,etc. But I've never had it with apples & greek yogurt.

Exercises complete and I would prefer to not do a chicken salad because usually its a high fat mix but the recipe you have sounds like it might be a great combo
