Here are today's exercises:
5 Kneeling Push Ups
1 Minute Downward Dog
15 Jack Knife Sit Ups
Here is today's healthy recipe:
- 3 oz chicken, broiled and shredded
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup apple, chopped
- 2 Tbsp walnuts
Combine all ingredients. Enjoy! Serves 1.
