I need a healthy recipe for tuna salad since it's lent and we do a lot of sandwiches/wraps for lunches. The current one that we love is tuna, pickle relish, lemon juice and mayo or miracle whip.

I make mine like this:

Tuna
Celery
Red onion
Spicy brown mustard
Mayo (I like the kind with olive oil)
Lemon juice

I chop the onion and celery together really fine in my food processor. Then mix well with the tuna. In a separate bowl, mix the mayo, mustard and lemon juice. I don't measure it, really, but is usually about a quarter cup to a half cup mayo, half of that in mustard and lemon juice until it makes the consistency I like. Mix all together until tuna and onion mixture is coated. It's fantastic on a bed of baby spinach! :)

I make tuna patties. 5 oz tuna, egg, bread crumbs or almond meal, seasoning. Fry them in olive oil.
