Yep. Going to the gym after my husband does this morning. Doing cardio and lower body/abs.

I love walking alone with just my headphones. When I was pregnant with my last as soon as dh would get home, I'd get dinner going and head out the door on my "serenity" walk. Kept me sane.

Now the weather is being sucky, but luckily we have the gym.

Sundays are my active recovery day. I only do yoga. It always feels so great to stretch out all my sore muscles. ;)

Did 30 minutes of kickboxing/strength training and 15 minutes yoga.  Want to do a little more today but doubtful.  I've got a lot of things that I have to get done today.

I'm doing p90x3 and today I did the 30 min pilates work out and the 30 min yoga. Maybe a walk and bike ride later... we will see.

Yup, hubs is sick so getting out of the house with the kids is high on the to-do list. Maybe will try a 'run' today.
