Any plans for exercise today?
I started the 30 day shred.my body hates me right now lol

Sundays are my active recovery day. I only do yoga. It always feels so great to stretch out all my sore muscles. ;)
Did 30 minutes of kickboxing/strength training and 15 minutes yoga. Want to do a little more today but doubtful. I've got a lot of things that I have to get done today.
I'm doing p90x3 and today I did the 30 min pilates work out and the 30 min yoga. Maybe a walk and bike ride later... we will see.
