Anything planned today?
Full body weights class! If I can make it in time!
None for me today....I fell on the ice three times this weekend. My chiropractor worked on me yesterday for almost half an hour to get everything back in place and I have a follow-up this morning. Definitely an easy/rest day for me!
I call today "triple Monday"
hip hop cardio this morning...then zumba and one more hip hop cardio after that tonight :)
hopefully, I survive it ;)
Max Plyo Circuit this morning and later I will run/walk a few miles.
