I don't think so. I usually do the gym every other day, plus I have grocery shopping tonight.

Definitely yoga. Hopefully a run. It's supposed to be a bit sunny after I drop Chloe off at pre-school this afternoon. All weather dependent.

I think I'm going to make today chest and biceps since I had issues Saturday. I got this though.

None for me today....I fell on the ice three times this weekend.  My chiropractor worked on me yesterday for almost half an hour to get everything back in place and I have a follow-up this morning.  Definitely an easy/rest day for me!

I ran a mile and a half this morning. Funeral this afternoon three hours away so no weights today. Hopefully I can wake up early and do kettlebells tomorrow.

I call today "triple Monday"

hip hop cardio this morning...then zumba and one more hip hop cardio after that tonight :)

I'm doing a 30 day challenge from befit on YouTube. So today I have legs and butt, it is only 10 minutes so ill try and add in another workout.
