Ok ladies I am starting back with this Today!

I am 35 and have a 4yr dd and 8mo dd! My oldest is in pre-k and my youngest was born with a cleft lip/palate and has already had her first surgery! Stress has really gotten the best of me! DD starting school and me working full time and doc apts and all that stuff and I have eaten alot of fast food and quick meals! I was 174 when I got pg and was 156 when I came home! I am now up to 190 UGH!!!!! I gotta get myself back to feeling good and looking better!!! I will post starting pics later

Breakfast- fruit oatmeal from McDonald's and small coffee w/ 2 Splenda
Snack- Greek yogurt with strawberries
Lunch- chicken taco on soft corn shell w/ cilantro and avacado and salsa with small
Bowl of beans and water
Snack- 3 small slices of turkey and 2 slices of cheese
Supper-2 grilled chicken legs and green beans and a small spoon of potatoes and gravy and biscuit w/ honey
I goofed and ate fire crackers yesterday

Breakfast- oatmeal small coffee and large water
Snack- thin slices of turkey ( small) 2 pieces of cheese and the goof up fire crackers
Lunch- grilled leg quarter and green beans and sweet tator tots
