I tried a few of the days on the DVD. It was okay. I was never sore the next day and for me I am only happy if I am because to me that means change.
I'm on day 4 and it hurts like hell for me. lol
I have no doubt I will see results by the end of the 30 days.

I love it, but have never used it on a regular basis. I have like 10 different video workouts and I rotate them. It kind of depends on what mood I am in on what I do that day. I have been doing a lot of pilates lately since I am trying to get back into the swing of things again.
I did it to lose baby weight and I was amazed at how quickly I lost weight, I also did daily walks.
