Yep, I've done it before. It's not for beginners but it's a great workout!
It is definitely a great workout. I have done the workouts before but not completed the entire program. It is kinda of hard on the knees. Make sure you get a great pair of shoes for it. I did the shorter and easier version called T25. Only 25 minutes and it has helped prep me to be able to do Insanity.
