Is this sort of pain normal post workout?
I will have excruciating pain in my joints, and primarily in my diaphragm for 3-5 days after each workout. My workouts usually only last about 45 minutes to an hour. My last work out was 3 days ago and I have not been able to do anything because of the pain. If I sneeze or cough, it feels as if I am being punched in the ribs. Today I had to walk to work and each step caused more and more dizziness and chest pain. My entire body feels like a big bruise that is being poked any time I make a movement. I am not new to working out, but it only seems to be getting worse.
Oh and I'd like to add some details about my size and age. I am 21, 5'0, and around 105 lbs.
