I have no booty.

Literally, I have no ass.  Flat as a pancake.  What kinds of exercises (if any) can I do to build up my bum?

I do believe squats help with that. They suck, but they work!

Squats, dead lifts, lunges.

Go heavy, breath out through your mouth so snot doesn't shoot out your nose, and grit your teeth. Try not to grunt or groan too loud or people will stare at you. ;-)

My ass has shrunk since loosing weight.

But squats with weights. Kick backs. Leg lifts. Dead lifts.

Thanks for the advice, about the exercises and not grunting.  Both are appreciated. :)

I can't afford to lose any ass, if I did I might end up with an "innie".  :)

Try walking up stairs or a steep hill, even a stair climber. I can really feel my butt muscles when I do stair steps.

Also. On leg days when I do Cardio on the treadmill I make sure and do a hill program on a high level with varying elevation to work my rear as much as possible. I want a big booty.
