also- belly dance (if it's done like a zumba class it can be very much cardio...so it depends on the type of class *I love it either way though)
I also don't mind the treadmill and like the stationary bike too
Running outdoors is my favorite (treadmills are okay if there is a TV to watch but it's nothing like going outside). Next is dancing of any kind or going on a long brisk walk.
Probably "suicides" at the gym. I know they don't last long, I can anticipate them. Gets my heart rate up and then goes back down.
I use to love training for marathons (2) with a group. It was a great time to chat with a new group of girls who wanted to achieve the same goal.
I'm with some of the previous posters, quite frankly, I HATE cardio. That is why I like HIIT training, I can handle it in shorter spurts with strength training in between, but I can't do it like my husband and just spend an hour on the eliptical. I HATE running.
