Sure.  I need your age, height, weight, and number of days you workout each week.  Plus I need to know if you are nursing.

I am 26. 5'4" 198lbs. I work out 4 days a week currently and no I'm am not nursing. Thank you for your help. I'm trying to get on the right track with losing weight.

BMR is 1694...the least amount you should eat each day.  

Working out 3-5 days/week, 1694 x 1.55 = 2625

2625 - 500 = 2125

To lose 1 pound per week, you need to eat between 1694-2125 calories/day.
