It's the 1st of April! How much do you weigh??

Good morning ladies! It's the 1st of April. How much do you weigh? What are your goals for this month? I weigh in every Sunday so I'll post my latest weight of 172.4. Overall, I am down 5.6 lbs. My goals for the month of April : 

1) Start drinking more water.

2) Start a consistent workout routine

3) Try to watch my caloric intake. 

4) Lose as close to 10 lbs as possible

I still have an hour and a half till midnight, but hey, its close enough for me.

I weighed this morning (sadly after I already got dressed, and was half out of it, so didn't bother trying again), I was at 217.8. Down from March 2nd's weigh in of 225.0 I was honestly not expecting that number since my doctor weighed me in at 221.6 on Friday, So for now, I am seriously thinking of going with the doctor's scale and seeing if mine needs to be recalabrated. (ok, tired, I'm rambling)

April's Goals:
1. Be at 4 mile walks a day by the end of the month.
2. up my Total Gym time (sets & reps)
3. increase my water intake (This is hard as I am rarely thirstly, I have to have an alarm on my phone to remind me to drink)
4. Log my food daily and stay within my calorie count
5. Get actual sleep. I started the process on Friday, hopefully I can get somewhere, I hate not getting sleep.

I am at 265 and sadly have been going the wrong direction since my fils death. This month I am hoping to take daily walks with my kids and cut down on chocolate which is my comfort food.

My wieght is 130 and I'm only 4.11 so I have a lot of work to do.  

My goal is to start excirsing daily, with one rest day

drink more water

and watch what i eat

simple and hopefully easy enough goals to start with.

I'm at 135.6 this morning, which means I lost exactly 5 pounds in March. My goal for April is to lose another 5 pounds by continuing to log my food and exercise regularly, increase my water intake, and start getting outside to run! I'm sick of the elliptical!

Not gonna weight this morning- I'm in the middle of ...girl time...

a few days ago- I was 155.5.  I'd like to be 154.5 or below by end of the month (doesn't sound like much- but I'm going to Utah for 10 days in the middle of the month and I WILL gain a few) ugh

the reason for that number- is that is where I'm down 85 lbs -which I hit briefly- but then went to visit for 5 days and now can't seem to get back to it- I'm trying though.

I am 219.8 , which is the same as Jan 30th at the doctors. Still working on trying to get my thyroid levels to normal .
This month , eat more healthy .
Buy a bike and start riding it.

127 7lbs to go till I reach my goal!!

hopefully to get the last 7lbs off this month and to no gain any weight my birthday is next Thursday and my husband is taking us out to eat and for desert. So we will see
