It's the 1st of April! How much do you weigh??
Good morning ladies! It's the 1st of April. How much do you weigh? What are your goals for this month? I weigh in every Sunday so I'll post my latest weight of 172.4. Overall, I am down 5.6 lbs. My goals for the month of April :
1) Start drinking more water.
2) Start a consistent workout routine
3) Try to watch my caloric intake.
4) Lose as close to 10 lbs as possible
