I ran three miles and came home (there are no lighter weights for free use anymore unless you are in a class!!!) and did shoulders and abs.

Lucky my husband has a few adjustable free weights here but for another week all upper body will be at home until I start at a new gym.

Today is my off day from the gym so I took the girls on a walk. 2 year old in they stroller, 3 month old in the Ergo.

My hips are killing me. Have been for a month. Sometimes at night when I get up with the baby I can't even out weight in my leg.

I did half of p90x plyometrics dvd..(yes I am the loser who just couldn''t do it. :( )
Then walk/jogged 2, 12 minutes miles, and lifted weights.
My HR monitor says I burned 440 calories.
I'm not sure if having the HR monitor is a good or bad thing. I guess knowing the amount i burn is good..but I always walk away feeling like it is not enough. ???
Well either way..I got my hour of exercise in.

My hips used to be in tons of pain, too. I do a yoga hip opening sequence almost every day but especially if I walk, jog or run. They're still tight but at least I can walk without limping. I can post a link to a really good one if you want.
