Do you drink them? I'm thinking of ordering some protein powder just to make shakes for breakfast but don't know what kind to get!

Nope....unless you are pulling excessive weights, you don't need a protein shake. Women only need about 55-65 grams of protein daily. You will do much better getting your protein from whole sources. Keep in mind that just about everything has some protein in it so it adds up quickly. :-)

I don't think in getting anywhere near that amount. I would make myself eggs in the morning but I don't have time so I thought a protein shake might be a good meal replacement

Not "protein shake" but meal replacement powder that has protein such as Herbalife or slimfast , shakeology. Because like the previous member said as women of not weightlifters we don't need all that protein.

Love my shakes I have them a few times a week(:

I use an Advocare shake one or two times a week when I don't have time to make myself breakfast.

I have a hard time getting enough protein, so I'll have a protein shake if I am deficient. Honestly, I love the taste so I use it as dessert sometimes too (chocolate powder mixed with almond milk and whatever frozen fruit I have). I bought the protein powder for my husband because he lifts, and I probably don't need it, but I enjoy it.

I drink a protein shake every day because I don't eat enough foods that are high in protein (don't like them). The one I buy is prepackaged. It's Lean Body On The Go, from Labrada. It has 25g protein; 0g sugar and 180 calories.

Vanilla Isolate Whey powder. Much, much better form of protein.

Look into sun warrior. It's a clean vegan protein.
