commitment  will take a lot of work. But believe me i know it'll be worth it! Change will not happen overnight and it will takes a lot of dedication and hard work. i want to change my diet, exercise and lifestyle for the better and for good! i have the ability to choose my paths, reach my goals, and build exceptional life. The challenge is in BELIEVING that i can.

goals

establishing a new daily exercise regimen 

weekly weigh-in,

mastering a new exercise move each week, 

learning new healthy recipes to cook for me and my family

setting specific, realistic goals that  will help me see the progress am making and to keep me motivated.

motivation

  • my kids-they deserve an active and a healthy mum
  • myself-i deserve to feel good in my skin and alive and not feeling that i am missing out on life.
  • my man-i have to learn first to love me and give him that love right back

starting weight: 84.4kg 186lbs

first weighin :82.6kg  182lbs 4lbs loss

2nd weighin :86kg 190lbs 8lbs gain

3rd weighin :83.7kg 184lbs 6lbs loss

4th weighin :82.4kg 181.6lbs 3lbs loss

i like the jm ripped in 30,i can commit to it,i am still not confident that i can post my b4 picture,

maybe when i lose more weight,then i can post it,i am thinking of taking measurements though

so it time to get a tape measue,so when the scale gets stuck,i can still track my progress,

its very difficult to find the motivation to lose weight when u feel so huge but once u begin it u

get confident as the day passes that u can make it to ur goal.

my motto is if i feel embarassed to post my food  pic then its difinately not the healthiest embarrassed

Try JM yoga! It's a workout but it's fun and you can feel it in your belly...I love things that tone my core and as a mom you might too. GL

Tried it and gave up,Holy Mary,JM is a beast,not the kind of yoga i anticipated.

i will try it again when i am in better form. Thanks

was a bit constipated from all the fiber i am eating and not drinking enough.

workout is

jillian Micheal ripped in 30 week one day 3

will see if i can jog a little with kids down the road to the playing ground when it warm up.

going to go grocery shopping to stock up on more healthy foods

Me too! I tried it at about 3 months PP and couldn't hack it. My son is 7 months now and I'm in good enough shape to actually finish the workout. lol
