Every day but Sunday, three cardio days and three strength days

I like to workout 6 days per week, but lately I've been lazy and have only been doing 5 days.

6 is hit or miss, but I always get 5.

When I'm feeling good 6 days.  I'm not feeling well this week and haven't exercised.  :(
