What are your workout plans today?
Today I'll be hitting the weights hard...Arms, shoulders, back
I might sneek in some cardio too :) I'm going to see about picking up some sneakers and maby going for a run (I HATE running in from of people but I might do it anyways).
I did a T25 and lifted weights an 2 hours ago. Now I am ready for my day. I might take a two mile walk to Targets and back.
was going to do hip hop cardio this morning and then regular zumba later- but our water is off for some reason...ugh-and I need to go food shopping today
I'll go at 5:30 and do it instead
Got in an 8 mile run, 8:23 pace.
I'll probably do a kickboxing video and run on the treadmill
