What's going on today ladies?
A 4 mile run with sprint intervals and some upper body strength training.
I've been sick since the 3rd of this month and have only been able to go out for short walks. My plan for this month was destroyed by this illness. This evening I'm going to try yoga. I need to get back on track and patience isn't one of my strong points.
25 minutes on eliptical, 18 minutes on the stationary bike and 10 minutes doing ab work
