A 4 mile run with sprint intervals and some upper body strength training.

Did the JM ripped in 30. I need to do something again later though sinve I never ended up getting my workout in yesterday. Both little ones had the flu. Just didn't get to it.

First day of 30 day shred and weight training for 30 mins. Will do Zumba and walking later

I've been sick since the 3rd of this month and have only been able to go out for short walks. My plan for this month was destroyed by this illness. This evening I'm going to try yoga. I need to get back on track and patience isn't one of my strong points.

 25 minutes on eliptical,  18 minutes on the stationary bike and 10 minutes doing ab work dancing

5 mile run with sprint intervals the last two - my endurance and speed are increasing!! Too bad my trainer thinks I shouldn't run so much to see more muscle growth. I was finally starting to "like" running.

I did Jillian Michaels extreme shed and shred level 1 earlier. Im gonna do another 30 minutes of something tonight.
