Today I might go for a run. Not sure. If not, definitely cardio.

Did 3 miles. Ran 1 mile of it. :) First time running for real since I started getting fit almost 3.5 Years ago. It has been a long time coming. It felt darn good!
Also torched 470 calories in like 50 minutes. I love my HR monitor!

Morning cardio after I drink some coffee... Then gym at some point for leg day and a little more cardio. I been struggling with afternoon cardio this week, I just want it to be over!

my plan is to do a barre class this morning and at least the hip hop cardio class tonight. Hopefully, I'll do those AND the zumba one too (that is right before the hip hop class)

It depends on when this woman wants to see the car we are selling...

I think I'll do 3DS level 1 as a warm up, and then do 2 sessions of 30 Day Butt Lift with Alicia Marie as my main toning routine.

I'm drinking my kale smoothie at work right now, waiting for the day to begin here.

If my daughter's tball game gets rained out, and that's what it looks like, I'll go to the gym tonight for cardio and legs, it's weigh in day.

If it magically gets sunny, today will be a "rest" day lol.

Most probably it's a rest day for me. Not by choice though but I am too busy and we are invited to a friend's house for dinner.
