hip hop cardio now- and probably zumba later this afternoon
Today Insanity pure cardio, p90ab ab ripper, 10 minutes jump rope and 6 minutes weighted hoola hoop
I am going to put my 30 day shred in. :)

Just makes me upset, my workouts are the last priority, I knew that going into it, with 4 kids and 2 in sports and the youngest being 4 months old. Discouraging.
