I have done 1 workout this week, on Tuesday. My knee and thumb hurt when I did it, so I decided to take some time off, to heal. I'm hoping to get back to my workouts, on Sunday.

Friday- death by 10m
you have 1 min to do 10 meters then minute 2 you do 10m times 2 minute 3 you do 10m times 3 and so on. I made it 13 rounds I only made it 9 10m into round 14.
5 min a m r a p
15 kettle bell swings 25 lb
10 plank jumps
5 jump squats
I did 3 rounds and 15 into the 4th round.

Hooped for half an hour. Did arms, and squats..plus two miles on the treadmill. Wanted to do more, but the belt is slipping. Hubby says he can tighten it for me.
Hr monitor says I burned 256 cals.

Today Insanity pure cardio, p90ab ab ripper, 10 minutes jump rope and 6 minutes weighted hoola hoop

Ugh idk. Not in a good place mentally. Didn't get to go to the gym yesterday due to kids activities, prob won't get to go today. Just makes me upset, my workouts are the last priority, I knew that going into it, with 4 kids and 2 in sports and the youngest being 4 months old. Discouraging.

I did T25 total body circuit this a.m.. when I get off work I'll do T25 abs.
