Slim Down for Summer Challenge Day 3: A Fit Body Starts in the Kitchen!
Welcome to Day 3 of the Slimdown for Summer Challenge!

Here are today's exercises:
55 High Knees
25 Lunges -each leg
25 Frog Squats
25 Russian Twists
Plank - 65 seconds
Here is today's clean recipe:
- ½ cup rolled oats
- 1 ½ cups water
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp dried cranberries or raisins
- ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
- 1 Tbsp flaxseed
- 1 cup low fat milk (almond or coconut milk if desired)
- Bring water to a boil in saucepan. Add oats. Lower heat and stir until water is absorbed, about 5 minutes.
- Add in cinnamon, cranberries, walnuts and flaxseed and mix
