What are you doing this weekend for workouts?  We're going to the CF Walk (Cystic Fibrosis) for my son...it's a 5K walk:)

zumba then hip hop cardio Saturday morning...possibly go to some hispanic cultural thing later and dance with the people from the studio for half an hour too

I am hauling cement blocks, digging holes and ppouring cement. Not your typical work out. ;) Lol I'm half tempted to wear my HR monitor to know what I'm burning.

Soccer tournament for the kiddo, all weekend if she wins at 11:30. I'll be doing Shred It w/Weights and 30 Day Butt Lift later this evening. It's supposed to be 93 here today and 95 tomorrow. I dread the heat, I hate it. I did cover myself in self tanner last night, however, so at least my legs won't be blinding the other soccer parents.

Today insanity pure cardio, cardio abs, 9 minutes weighted holla hoop and 10 minutes jump rope. Its going to be a gorgeous day outside feeling happy

Woot woot!

I want to get in a trail run at some point, but there will be some serious studying.  This week, I'm taking a class to prep me for the nursing licensure exam (NCLEX), and I need to prep for the prep class!  I want to get in as much as I can this week, because a week from Monday I'm having vascular surgery, so no running or anything else strenuous for two weeks.

We should probably move some firewood today...

Wow! My longest was 4.5 miles once :) and never did that again.

I did shoulders and glutes with 40 minutes of cardio this morning... Hit another 30-40 minutes of cardio tonight and wake up for morning cardio and gym tomorrow afternoon!

2.5 mile run today.
Planning about 2 miles tomorrow.
