Last year I was so motivated. I was exercising 6 days a week. Watching what I ate and how much. I lost 50 lbs. then we got my sons dx and I just went on a binger. I gained back 20 lbs and haven't been able to get back on track since. I want to get healthy for myself and for my kids. I would ideally like to lose those 20 lbs I gained and another 10-20 more.
Right now I am 34 years old.
i am trying to exercise 5-6 days per week doing a p90x/p90x3 hybrid
I think I'm supposed to be somewhere between 1400-1900 calories a day. Can anyone double check that for me? Thanks in advance.
