 What time of the day do you exercise and for how long? i never know the best time or for how long... looking for advise i guess

First thing in the am, 30 mins to an hour depending on what I'm doing.

Lately I've been doing 30 min in the am (5:30) and 45-60 in the pm (8:30)

My attempt is to fit in about 20 minutes (during my youngest nap time) at least but lately it hasn't been in my favor. After baby #4 is born however I WILL MAKE IT WORK for at least 30 minutes daily.  :)

30-60 in the morning and then 90 mid-to-late afternoon... Best time is whenever it works for you!

I prefer mornings for my workouts, but sometimes the kids want to go bike riding in the afternoons.  I just avoid anything after our evening meal.

At least 30 minutes, and I have to shift my times in accordance with my work schedule. It's always either between 5 and 6:30, or at 7am on the dot.

I do classes at 9:30 in the morning 3-5 days a week 

5:30 most nights, sometimes 6:45 too   and recently on Sunday at 3pm

If I can't go to the gym I'll do a 30-45 min walk with my kids.

Weekdays I can't get to the gym till after dinner.

Weekends I go whenever I can and do an hour

Morning cardio and I lift at night
