Tone Your Arms (VIDEO)

Make sure you post below after you have completed the daily exercises.

Here are today's exercises:

Overhead Press - 3 sets of 15 reps (if you don't have weights, you can substitute canned goods from your pantry)

Tricep Extension - 3 sets of 15reps each arm

Bent Over Row - 3 sets of 15 reps each arm

Basic Curls - 3 sets of 15 reps

10 Tricep Push Ups

10 Minute Arms/Cardio Workout

Here is today's clean recipe:

Scrambled Eggs and Turkey

Ingredients:

  • 8 egg whites
  • 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 2 c spinach, shredded
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Sea salt and black pepper

Directions:

  • Cook ground turkey in a medium skillet until cooked through. Drain excess liquid from pan. Place turkey in bowl and set aside.
  • Wipe pan clean with a paper towel. Scramble egg whites and add to ground turkey.
  • In a small nonstick skillet saute tomatoes, spinach and garlic. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.

My arms are going to hurt tomorrow.

I always have a hot breakfast, even though most of the time, it's just oatmeal. I can't remember the last time I had cold cereal or something that wasn't cooked.

We don't eat turkey. Sometimes we have a hot breakfast, but we usually go for quick and easy.

Oh, my arms are going to hurt! I really enjoy working on my arms though. I eat good breakfasts three times a week. The recipe lookslike something we would eat here. I enjoyed the 10 minute video. g

I wish I could do these workouts,  but until my right shoulder is fully mobile again I'm out.

I usually eat a hot breakfast.

This one looks fun I will get it going in about 30 mins got do the sunday funday routine first.  Thanks for the tips I may try the scramble minus the meat just because I dont have any here at the house and call it breakfast for me today WOOOHOOO

I prefer a hot breakfast.
