Any plans for exercise today?
zumba this morning and *maybe again at 5:30
*we'll see how busy I am today
my 10 minute ab workout and there is a rest day for the weight loss challenge so i will be on my stepper for 20 minutes
Tell me I should go for a run. I haven't done much lately since the baby hasn't been sleeping well and we've got a lot to do to get ready for our move. But today should be a nice day outside and I'm really feeling flabby.
4 miles today, biking and walking. Didn't try for five b/c I had to be back home at a certain time, then turns out plans changed! lol Anyway, it was a good workout, with far fewer breaks. I love making my lazy body do something it doesn't want to do! :D
