Any plans for exercise today?
I did kettlebells yesterday, so today is 6 Week 6 Pack.
It's raining, it's pouring......and I start a new job this morning. Probably just a walk or jog this evening w/DD.
I ran yesterday - fastest loop yet! - so legs are kinda sore today. I think I'll just do yoga and core work today.
going to do 30 mins of cardio at gym. Not sure if Treadmill or bike im having health issues so i havent been there much. I joined ww last tues o help me lose the weight. I have alot to lose so it will probably take a year or more i wanna lose 100 lbs. First weigh in was 3
I just finished my 10 minute ab routine and than did 2 1/2 of the exercises of the summer challenge in here, i stopped because i was multitasking while doing my exercises so i tired myself out so i just decided to just do my stepper instead. but i will be doing the rest of day 11 on monday so i am not a quitter, my body just caved and told me to relax that's all.
I just want to be lazy today and curl up in bed. I haven't decided if I am going to 9:00am hot yoga this morning. Seriously...I just want to go back to bed.
UPDATE: I made it to yoga! I'm glad I did. It was a good class.
going to booty barre class now...
*maybe zumba or hip hop cardio tonight (busy packing and stuff so we'll see)
