Finished Body Revolution...

Going to try crossfire, but I was wondering if you ladies had any other suggestions of workouts I could try? I do run but I need a good program to help me finish losing my last 16 pounds. Thanks!

Hi there again! ! I use popsugar fitness! TONS of workout videos, I do a different workout every day pretty much!

Have you tried any beachbody workouts? They are all amazing!! Insanity would help you drop the last bit and tone, and so would T-25 or p90x3!

Running and diet should be more than enough to drop 16 pounds.....hip hop abs is fun :) yoga is fun too :)

Do you lift? If you lift, run, and eat clean then you should be all set :)

Did you enjoy Body Revolution? I really love the program. It seems to be the only one that works, for me. I am on round 5.

I loved it. It helped me drop the weight and I see tons of definition in my muscles.

I am starting to. But I would like to bump up my running to 6 days a week.
