I kept exercising and kept my diet healthy but I had a miscarriage last week. Now I'm starting to feel like myself again and I'm ready to get back on my weight loss journey. Today I went to the mall and got some new running shoes and a new workout outfit.  I want to have lost all the weight and be in good shape by fall. So here I go...

Weighed in today. I'm down 2.2lbs 1/2in around my waist and 1/4in around each thigh. 26.8lbs till I reach my goal. I going to take some before pictures today.

Thanks. I think the exercise has been helping me with the loss, keeping my mood up if that makes sense.

No change on the scale today but I did lose another half inch around my waist and another 1/4 around each thigh. That brings my total for 2 weeks up to -2.2lbs waist-1" thighs-.5"each no change in other measurements yet. I knew it wouldn't be as good a week because I had to skip a couple days of my normal exersise while my husband was working late.

I'm feeling a little discouraged today. I looked back at my weight records and I've lost 10lbs since may which is good, slow and steady like you're suppose to do. I'm happy to keep working at it, I'm just ready to be closer to my goals. I want to look better. I want to feel better. I'm feeling a little frustrated that it's going to take such a long time.

Slow and steady really does win the race. :) Every day gets you one step closer. You can do it!
