I did the first 3 days

sure for two days but today I wanted to get the first week day three out of the way. Friday ad Sunday are my rest days for now. I will do Monday - Wednesday. And my trainer Thursday. 5k is August 17th, I feel great.

Woo hoo!  Remember that rest days can still be active rest, if taking a day off breaks your motivation.  Go for a walk, take the kids to the park and get on the equipment with them, take them swimming, go hiking as a family, etc.  Great job sticking with it!!  Keep it up!

My rest days are not really resting. House work and work work. I haven't lost motivation. I am more motivated and can't wait to go back tomorrow.
