bmr please?

24,5'9',178 lbs, I ride my bike to And from school/ work(2.2 miles To get to each) 6 Days a week bit nothing incredibly vigorous. I'm on my feet 55 hours a week for clinicals/work though So I'm pretty active.

I always forget something when I ask for bmr.. What did I forget this time lol

BMR: 1641

1641 x 1.55 = 2544

2544 - 500 = 2044

To lose 1-2 lbs per week, consume 1641-2044 calories per day. :)

From the metabolic formulas that ACE (Amercian College on Exercise) considers the most accurate for women, I estimate that you daily caloric output to be about 2330, so to lose about one pound per week, you would need to comsume 1830 per day.

I check mine on iifym.com... mines around 1500... with my 3xwk workout and retial job I have 1859 for fatloss.
