Hello all!
My name is Sheryl and I am 25 well almost Lol. I have been married for 4 years and we currently are ttcing for our first child. However I have medical issues that have to be dealt with first and some weight that needs to come off. I currently weigh 300lbs I have lost 15lbs in the last month and half. If anyone has good healthy recipes or any tips please share! My biggest weakness is chocolate fudge ice cream. :-(

Hi and welcome.

Small changes. Up your water, cut out soda. Focus on whole foods, cut out processed food. Start with a small walk and add to it.

Welcome to the group Sheryl!  Glad you're here:)  

I would focus on your diet...veggies, fruits, lean protein, whole grains, little to no processed food and half your body weight in ounces of water each day.
