I am a mere 3 pounds away from my goal. It's so exciting but really scary. I've spent so much of the past two years focusing on losing weight that I'm not sure what to do when I reach my goal. What's the best way to maintain weight but Also continue to workout and gain some more muscle mass?

Stay eating clean, up your protein, and focus on strength training rather than cardio.

Totally agree with readwriteluv, I would add a healthy shake to supplement a meal:)
