How much sleep do you get each night?

7-10 hours?  Less?  How does it affect you during the day?

I would love to say 8-10 but really its usally its 5 to 6.5 at most and as you can imagine I am always tired . I try to catch up on sleep on the weekends if I can

I get anywhere from 5 to 7 hours a night, always interrupted at least once.  I do just fine energy-wise (mental and physical) during the day as long as I consume enough fat and don't overdo on the carbs.

Between 6-8. Interrupted anywhere from 1-3 times by kids.

At the most 5, and it's rarely all at once. I wish I could get more. I work nights then take care of the kids during the day. I try to sleep when my 2yo naps

I typically get around 7-8 hours of sleep but recently it's more like 5-6.

I catch up on the weekends too...we all take naps then!

When my sleep is interrupted, it ruins everything!  Hugs!

Overdoing the carbs can do the opposite than most people think...it can make you tired and sluggish right?

I get 6-8 hours, most of the time uninterupted, but there are those nights when DH snores and I wake up several times. I am dragging the next day when this happens!
