Craving struggles

Hey ladies. I just found out I'm about 5 weeks pregnant so I'm not looking to loose anymore weight but I'm wondering if any of you have any tips of controlling the horrible cravings and that starvation that comes along with pregnancy? I don't want to reverse and gain a ton of weight. I'm typically one of those women that don't get morning sickness I just get very hungry lol. This is my 3rd and I'm terrified of gaining to much but I'm so hungry ALLLLL the time! It doesn't help I'm still nursing my 16 month old. I gained 30 lbs with dd and 21 with ds. I really want to keep this one as the same weight gain with ds maybe a pound or 2 under if possible.

Protein helps with cravings and keeps you full.
