Feet?!  My sandals are falling off!  I've lost 23 pounds and 3 pant sizes, but my sandals also seem looser...it's hard to even walk in them!  Could the weight loss also be affecting my feet?

If you lose weight, you are carrying less water in your body, hence your feet will not swell as much. Yes, it is possible your feet are "thinner", but its not fat it's water.

I have lost a total of 260 ;bs and lost 4 sizes in shoes.  I went from an 11 to an 8 so its absolutely possible to loose there.

I think so for some people. Not for me my, hands and feet have always been bony no matter my weight they don't change, so I can't say from experience. I know it's possible for peoples arches to get higher after weight loss because the extra weight caused them to flatten. So that could give someone a smaller shoe size.

Definitely!  I was a size 8, went down to a size 7 after I lost 30 pounds.

My fingers are slimmer, my wedding ring is slidding off. I assume it's water weight, lol. I have not noticed a difference in my feet but I imagine it's similar.

Your foot shrank in length? Or did you have to wear larger shoes to accommodate swollen feet?
