Hi! just introducing myself: 

I just turned 30

I just had my 3 year anniversary

I have 2 kids 8 yo girl & 2 yo boy

I'm getting my masters in teaching math

I recently lost 15 lb, want to lose 10 more but my weight loss is stuck right now

I work out about 4 times a week and eat about 1200 - 1500 cal a day (most of the time)

I also have been living with Lupus for 8 years but I dont let that stop me from anything

Today was my cooking day- I cooked and pre-portioned 12 meals for my lunch or to take to work. 6 portions of beef stew & 6 portions of curry chicken with lentils- I usually do a 3rd type of meal but didnt have time today, going to try for tomorrow, this will usually last me 2 weeks

looking forward to meeting everyone and discussing healthly ideas

Welcome to the group!  Congrats on your weight loss so far.  That's awesome!  Where did you get the 1200-1500 calores/day from?  Do you know your BMR?
