Excedrin migraine is the ONLY thing that works for me for really bad ones . But yes it could be the caffeine withdraw for sure .

There is no need to go cold turkey on caffeine. I drink a lot of caffeine. Every morning I drink two large cups with a splash of organic half and half and coconut palm sugar.
Most headaches stem from dehydration. Drink a lot more water, at least half of your body weight in ounces.
Getting off caffeine can be ugly. I know I had a good week of headaches. I've cut it out completely, mainly because I don't drink the acceptable sources of it (coffee, tea). Then again, I also don't have a problem with migraines on an ongoing bases. I don't miss it now. My energy just comes from my natural happy high! :)
