i really want to tone my backside/legs, get rid of my love handles and flatten my tummy.

what are some other workouts i should add to reach this goal?

Getting rid of the love handles and tummy is all cardio and eating a clean, low carb diet.

To flatten your tummy requires lowering your bodyfat and core work. Not crunches, deep core. Planks (side too!) super mans etc.


lowering bodyfat will help with glutes too. It doesn't matter how much muscle you have there if it's covered by a ton of fat tissue.
