at the start of my weightloss 2 weeks ago I was 146. I am currently 237 (as of this morning weigh in) I will try and get a photo up of me at the start. The main thing I am doing is cutting out the soda.

You can do it!! I started at about 220 and an currently 208. Do you log your food/excersize on a tracker? I'm on my fitness pal and it's helped a lot!

I have MFP been on it for a long time. It does nothing to motivate me. I am debating on geting a fitbit or jawbone up.
