Recommended supplements?

Recently someone asked if I was taking any vitamins while I'm trying to lose weight. I am not.

He recommended vitamin D.

Are you taking any vitamins or supplements outside of trying to get them from food?

No. I've lost and kept off 45 lbs for 2.5 years without taking anything.

I take a multivitamin and fish oil supplements. When Irying to add muscle I also take extra protein and amino acids.

I take fish oil, multi vitamin pretty regularly... I'm not the best at being consistent.

I take a calcium and vitamin D, because I don't eat dairy and I never see sunshine because I work in a dark, cave like setting. I also take a B12 first thing in the morning, and I recently started taking reservatrol, not for any weight or health benefits, just to see if it makes a difference in my skin. (I'm nearing 40 and desperately not wanting to look it.)

I take a multi-vitamin, magnesium at night, and evening primrose a week before The Curse.

I use Greens from It Works. You mix two scoops of it in juice or water and it makes you feel amazing. 8+ servings of fruits and vegetables, also potassium and magnesium. It detoxifies, alkalizes, restores healthy pH. And I get natural energy. All without having to swallow a pill. :-)

I take Vitamin B-12 and D, but it's for medical reasons not at all related to weight loss.
